Ray Prendes, has over 24-years in commercial real estate sales, acquisitions,leasing and as a developer. He has expertise in all elements of commercial real estate because he is a student of the industry. Ray began his career in 1992 when he worked privately for a Real Estate investor performing site selection throughout the state of Florida. This began his understanding of markets; what sells, leases and what all parties involved want. He was promoted to buying and selling real estate for a private investor. Ray’s approach to commercial real estate begins with an understanding of the area’s business community and practices, and is secured by his dedication to placing integrity at the forefront in an effort to maintain long-term client relationships.
Ray’s extensive knowledge of the greater Tampa area has been the focus of his career. His expertise includes resale and leasing of office space, commercial, and industrial buildings, vacant land investments and commercial development.
Ray’s focus has always been to put his client’s needs at the forefront whether selling, disposing, leasing or sourcing. Ray’s mantra has always been to aggressively work for his client in sales/disposition or leasing of your property. He places a value on the relationships he has built over the years and prides himself in working towards each client reaching their potential success. He measures his personal success by the realization that when his clients want to buy or sell, he is the only call they make.
Ray is bi-lingual, fluent in Spanish and a member of FGCAR – Florida Gulf Coast Association of Realtors. He is also member of CPAR Central Pasco Association of Realtors.
